Our corporate policy

PTI AG’s policy is guided by the following principles:

• The customers are an essential element of the company’s resources – in a material as well as immaterial sense. We want to have loyal customers, which can only be achieved by investing continuously in customer binding.
• For us, leadership means the obligation to guarantee our employees a safe working environment and good working conditions, as well as equal and fair treatment, regardless of religion, language, origin or gender. In addition, management is committed to providing a sense of achievement every day.
• Only those who value their employees and allow them to participate in decision-making will realise that they are taking responsibility. They will make independent decisions, enjoy coming to work and drive the company forward. To support them in this, we promote the professional development of each individual.
• In order to successfully design a project, a multitude of processes is necessary. The interdisciplinary correlations and interdependences are present in our daily work. To use this knowledge is an important factor for success.
• We permanently observe our processes and revise them, if needed. In this way, we increase the quality and minimize failure.
• Errors and mistakes happen. We appreciate when errors are admitted and solutions may be elaborated.
• We constantly monitor our processes, revise them where necessary and work on the continuous improvement of our quality management. This increases quality and minimises errors. In addition, we are aware that the necessary sustainability policy measures must be taken at every stage of our processes and the negative impact on the environment must be minimised. In doing so, we pay attention to the sustainable use of resources as well as energy and possible reutilisation.
• In addition to meeting customer requirements, we also pay particular attention to compliance with legal requirements (relating to data protection, occupational health and safety, etc.). It is important to us to keep up to date at all times.
• We do not tolerate corruption.
• The protection of democracy, human rights, the environment and education is very important to us.

Sustainability and CSR are becoming increasingly important—for companies worldwide and across the entire supply chain.

For PTI and its board members Andreas Albert and Heinz-Werner Schwarz, this has been a part of their daily work routine since the company was founded. Examples of PTI’s commitment to sustainability include the photovoltaic system and geothermal heat pump on the company grounds, as well as the company’s vehicle fleet, which now consists almost entirely of electric vehicles.

For example, PTI was awarded the EcoVadis SILVER medal last year.

In May 2026, thanks to the consistent implementation of its management policies, our company has now ranked among the top 5% of companies worldwide evaluated by EcoVadis during the 12 months leading up to the awards ceremony.

PTI AG was thus awarded the EcoVadis GOLD medal. It reflects the quality of PTI’s sustainability management system and demonstrates its commitment to greater transparency throughout the entire value chain.

Following extensive audits, PTI AG received certification of its process-oriented quality management system according to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard from the TÜV Hessen certification body on 6th October 2023.
