Our corporate policy

The company’s policy is determined by the following principles:

  • The customers are an essential element of the company’s resources – in a material as well as immaterial sense. We want to have loyal customers, which can only be achieved by investing continuously in customer binding.
  • For us, leadership means the obligation to guarantee our employees a safe working environment and good working conditions, as well as equal and fair treatment, regardless of religion, language, origin or gender. In addition, management is committed to providing a sense of achievement every day.
  • Only those who value their employees and allow them to participate in decision-making will realise that they are taking responsibility. They will make independent decisions, enjoy coming to work and drive the company forward. To support them in this, we promote the professional development of each individual.
  • In order to successfully design a project, a multitude of processes is necessary. The interdisciplinary correlations and interdependences are present in our daily work. To use this knowledge is an important factor for success.
  • We permanently observe our processes and revise them, if needed. In this way, we increase the quality and minimize failure.
  • Errors and mistakes happen. We appreciate when errors are admitted and solutions may be elaborated.
  • We constantly monitor our processes, revise them where necessary and work on the continuous improvement of our quality management. This increases quality and minimises errors. In addition, we are aware that the necessary sustainability policy measures must be taken at every stage of our processes and the negative impact on the environment must be minimised. In doing so, we pay attention to the sustainable use of resources as well as energy and possible reutilisation.
  • In addition to meeting customer requirements, we also pay particular attention to compliance with legal requirements (relating to data protection, occupational health and safety, etc.). It is important to us to keep up to date at all times.
  • We do not tolerate corruption.
  • The protection of democracy, human rights, the environment and education is very important to us.

These principles are published here on the homepage and are communicated to all employees and partners. They form the fundament for our annual corporate objectives.

Certification according to DIN ISO 9001

Following extensive audits, PTI AG received certification of its process-oriented quality management system according to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard from the TÜV Hessen certification body on 6th October 2023.
