What we do - and for whom

PTI - this is not an artificial name. PTI stands for Industrial Construction Project Team. Many of our customers are industrial and commercial clients. We have decades of experience in this niche area of planning – and customer relationships that often last for several decades. Our core competencies lie in structural engineering, property planning, fire protection planning and planning for WHG areas (sealed areas) in the industrial customer sector.

Our customers

We also collaborate on large projects for major clients. Such tasks can take two to three years to process, and the total investment costs, including equipment, can amount to several hundred million euros.
Another key area of responsibility is planning projects involving existing buildings. Planning in existing buildings is no less challenging than planning a new build on a greenfield site.
We usually plan using 3D tools and share planning and construction models with our clients digitally.

What's our application process like?

Please send your application, CV and any other relevant documents by email to jobs@pti-group.de. We will confirm receipt and carefully review your documents. If your profile matches the requirements, we will invite you to a personal interview. This will give us the opportunity to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. You will receive feedback on the outcome of the selection process as soon as possible. If you are successful, we will send you the contract documents by post, which you will need to sign and return to us – and you will officially join our team.

How flexible are working hours and working from home?

Trust is one of our core values, and this extends to working hours. We offer flexible working hours and the option to work remotely. The important thing is that it works for you, your team and your projects. We believe in presence where it makes sense – and freedom where possible.

What does the induction process at PTI involve?

You will receive personal support right from the start, including a clear induction plan and designated contact persons, as well as enough space to settle in at your own pace. We believe in open communication and genuine cooperation, so you won’t be subjected to a standardised induction process – we’ll create one that suits you and your team.

Do I need to be able to play golf to fit into the team?

Golf is a sport that brings many of us together, so it’s fitting that it’s mentioned on the careers page. But don’t worry – golf is not a hiring criterion ;-). Our team also includes enthusiastic cyclists, family people and barbecue enthusiasts. What matters is team spirit, not your hobbies.
